Please read and review the spa policies before you book your appointment
All spa guests must be over the age of 18.
A 10% deposit will be required for all weekend appointments to secure your booking.
A 10% deposit will be taken for laser packages, and a valid card must be on file for payment processing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
In the event of a late cancellation, a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
Reminder messages will now be sent out 48 hours before your appointment to help you stay organized and prepared.
All no-show appointments will be billed 100% of the appointment cost to account for the reserved time slot.
These policies have been put in place to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time and effort of our staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
